Stamford at Night (from Mount Utsayantha)

I have been thinking about taking a night photo for several weeks from the top of Mount Utsayantha. Unfortunately when I traveled to the top of Mount Utsayantha on this night fog had covered Stamford below. The moon while nearly full would not rise for another few hours which would have helped brighten Stamford for the photograph. It was very dark and I myself had trouble seeing a few feet in front of me as the photo below is a long exposure. I believe the lights in the horizon are Oneonta and Cooperstown.

There are several distinct lights- if you know of other cities/ towns that might be the cause of the light pollution please write to me and let me your answer.
